From an early age I fell in love with residential architecture. I would drive around with my parents and point out homes that I thought were amazing. Show me a three-dormer cape with an angled garage, or a shingle-style home oozing with character, and I will stop the car.

I was raised in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. I attended Wentworth Institute of Technology and received degrees in Architecture and Construction Management. That training is with me on every walkthrough. I read the bones of a home, not just the finishes. I can tell a buyer what the load-bearing wall means, what a slab-on-grade will cost to update, and which floor plan can actually be opened up without a headache.

For sellers I bring the same eye. What to fix, what to leave, and how to talk about the house so buyers see what makes it special. Not a generic listing description. The specific detail that will make someone tour it.
