Quick answer
Every guide on soldbylsg.com is written from Lisa Sevajian's own work with buyers and sellers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Market numbers come from MLS PIN and official town, state and federal sources, and each one names its source. Our guides show who wrote them and when they were updated, and we fix mistakes as soon as someone points them out.
Who writes the guides on soldbylsg.com?
Lisa Sevajian and her partners at the Lisa Sevajian Group. The stories, the advice and the opinions come from almost 2,000 families we've guided through buying and selling over 19 years. When a page shares a client story, we leave out names and anything the client didn't share publicly.
Where do the numbers come from?
- Sales data: MLS PIN, the multiple listing service for Massachusetts. Each market page says which months it covers and the date we pulled it.
- Taxes, schools and town facts: the official town website, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration, and state education sites.
- Mortgage and national figures: named federal and industry sources, such as Freddie Mac.
Every statistic names its source and says whether it's official or reported. If we can't find a source, the number doesn't go on the page.
How do you keep the guides current?
Town market updates are refreshed on the 1st of every month with new MLS PIN data. Other guides are checked when a rule, rate or tax changes, and our blog guides show the date they were last updated.
Do you use AI to write the guides?
We use AI tools to help with research, outlines and checks, like finding a missing source or a broken link. The experience, the advice and the final word are ours. Every page is checked against its sources before it goes live.
How do you handle reviews?
Reviews on our reviews page come from real clients and are shown as they wrote them, with the platform they posted on. Our client stories tell the full story behind a move without names.
What about fair housing?
We follow the Fair Housing Act. Our guides describe homes, towns, prices and places, never who should or shouldn't live somewhere.
Is this legal, tax or financial advice?
No. Our guides explain how buying and selling works here. For legal, tax or lending decisions, talk with an attorney, an accountant or a lender. We're happy to introduce you to ones our clients trust.
