Real estate was not a career move. It was the thing that had to work.
Shortly after I started, I became #1 in the office. Then the #1 office in town. Then Top 5% in the U.S. And eventually Top 1.5% of over 1,400,000 Realtors in the U.S.
I built this team the way I wish someone had built it for me. Every agent trained. Every listing marketed like a magazine feature. Today the Lisa Sevajian Group has helped nearly 2,000 people move from where they were to where they wanted to be, across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
I paused my speaking engagements to raise my family and focus on strengthening my team. I resumed in 2026 and am currently booking the 2026-2028 seasons.
But the number I care about is one. The next family. The next living-room conversation. That is still the whole job.
