About Steve

I grew up and live in Amesbury with my wife and 2 year old son. I came into real estate with a love for old homes, architecture and people. It’s been a perfect match.

If there’s one thing that you will find in real estate, it’s options. A strength of mine is understanding my clients’ situation and presenting every option that could work for them. Whether we’re satisfying a short term need or planning for a long term investment, we will go through it all.

Coming into real estate as an artist has been extremely beneficial. My knowledge and experience has allowed me to see the hidden possibilities and potential each home has to offer. My creativity has always been a driving force behind my work on the sell and the buy side. My ability to see an overlooked home for all its potential has really allowed me to help my buyer clients get into a market they have once felt pushed out of.

I have lived in many different cities and I know the feeling of searching to find the right pocket to call home and enjoy helping my clients do the same. I pride myself on being organized, innovative and with a high attention to detail. I truly want to remove as much stress as I can and provide a seamless experience to a somewhat intimidating process.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring new neighborhoods or just boppin’ around Amesbury and Newburyport with my wife and son. If you ever happen to see us, be sure to say hello.

Selling Your Home & What to Expect

There’s something deeply personal about selling a home. It holds memories, milestones and meaning. This is why selling your home can feel like both a big step and a fresh start. Whether you’ve outgrown the space, relocating or simply ready for a change, selling is more than a transaction, it’s a transition.

Just like buying, selling a home is built on relationships. Relationships with the community, with fellow agents and with the people who walk through your door. I’ve found that the strongest sales come from a thoughtful approach, one that’s grounded in strategy but never loses sight of the human side of the process.

I pride myself on making it easy, removing the stress, and guiding my clients with honesty and care. Together, we’ll present your home in its best light with only the best photographers, attract the right buyers and make your next chapter a confident one. Oh and I will always bring plants.

Buying a New Home & What to Expect

There is something about Real Estate that can easily be romanticized. Whether you’re scrolling through homes, admiring the architecture in your favorite neighborhood or daydreaming of your dream home, it’s all very exciting. When it comes down to getting out there and making your day dream materialize, it can be overwhelming.

I believe this business is built on relationships. Relationships with your community, neighborhoods, businesses and people you can rely on. Building and maintaining those relationships are so important when working in real estate, especially on the buying side. Whether I am building a relationship with a fellow agent or with a neighborhood, it’s another tool I use to help my clients find their ideal property and get our offers accepted.

I pride myself on leaning on the romantics, keeping it easy and reminding my clients that buying a home, whether it’s your first or fifth, is something you should be proud of and enjoy the process.

Biggest piece of advice about Real Estate?

Go with your gut. One thing I often remind people is that you always have options and to always make sure they are all presented to you. The goal is to make decisions that feel right for you and your future, not based on what someone else is whispering in your ear. Another piece is that oftentimes, the right compromise can pay off in a big way down the line, imagine a stepping stone to your dream home.

Favorite spot to grab a coffee?

Joppa in Newburyport. I find myself here at all hours of the day. Whether I’m grabbing a coffee and the best quiche with the family, stopping in for a Chicken Milanese at lunch, or picking up a chilled bottle of wine. They always have just what you need and are a beloved staple in the community.

Favorite park?

We are at Perkins Park or Moseley everyday with my son, but Alliance Park in Amesbury has always been my spot.
